The purpose of the Audit and Compliance Manager will be:

We’d like to meet an Audit and Compliance Manager with:

• ISO27001 knowledge extensively.
• Experience within the insurance industry across the globe.
• An understanding and experience of operating audits externally for clients as well as internally.
• Understanding of working across a number of areas with a number of teams respectfully but firmly.
• Knowledge of CPS 234 and awareness of new legislation.
• An interest in risk and how it affects the business.

The Audit and Compliance Manager Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms to achieve ISO and other standards certifications e.g.: PCI-DSS, DPA 18, legislation and codes of practice, FLA Codes of Practice and ASA standards.
• Support maintenance of standards and compliance through developing and publicising standards and guidelines.
• Management System Audit - review and monitor departmental adherence to company policies and processes.
• Monitor and audit company policies, procedures, and obligations for third party certifications, e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO standards, client contractual obligations.
• Maintain documentation to deliver and evidence compliance monitoring and audit activities.
• Produce and deliver reports to management on compliance processes and status.
• Continual Improvement – identify potential improvements in policies, procedures, and process,
• Assist departments to identify, manage and close corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Respond to internal and external requests for compliance statements and audits of SSP policy, processes, and procedures.
• Manage external audit and information requests by supplying query responses and participating in audits, conference calls and questionnaire completion.
• Work with all other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.

The Incident Specialist’s responsibilities include:
• Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures
• Ensure that documentation of the supported components is available and in an appropriate form for those providing support
• Investigate and provide solutions for issues raised either from client calls to the service desk or from internal sources
• Creating and maintains support documentation
• Carrying out testing and investigating and reporting errors found
• Carrying out testing and deployment of Maintenance releases and fixes to incidents.
• Assist the Service Desk Manager and/or Service Desk Team Leader to control the number of calls open on the Help Desk
• Use the formal call logging system in place, and be responsible for the quality of the information recorded for Level 3 resolver teams and customers.
• Ability and flexibility to work as part of teams in different time zones.
• Chair Incident Review meetings , record Minutes and follow up on actions and produce results working with different teams.

WE’D LIKE TO MEET A TEST ENGINEER WITH:

• Minimum MCA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology)

Technical Skills required:

• Min 3 years of testing experience
• Good to have experience in Automation testing (Selenium+JAVA)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interface with various teams
• Practical working knowledge of one or more of the following Industries:
1. QA/Testing Company
2. General IT Training/Support
3. Insurance Industry (Broker/Insurer/Underwriter)

THE TEST ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare (design, build/create and maintain) test scenarios/cases/scripts for Functional, Integration and Regression?test phase from the analysis of requirements document.
• Review test scenarios/cases/scripts for test coverage traceability and ensure that all requirements and supporting specifications are tested using the valid test cases
• Provide input into project estimates; provide effective feedback during testing phase. Support customer and project during UAT phase.
• Perform data analysis and use relevant tools and formats
• Assist the test lead/manager during planning and estimation sessions
• Test new functionality as agreed within the Business Requirement documentation – Liaise with Project Management, Customer or BA teams if required
• To liaise with the developers to assist in recreation of issues and to ensure that all fixes are retested in a timely fashion
• Triage issues reported by the support and verify the problem with relevant product versions and customers.
• Incorporate quality measures and checkpoints by reviewing documentation and acting as an expert resource on test plans, testing process, and quality assurance.

• Provide input into project estimates; provide effective feedback during testing phase. Support customer and project during UAT phase.
• Perform data analysis and use relevant tools and formats
• Assist the test lead/manager during planning and estimation sessions
• Test new functionality as agreed within the Business Requirement documentation – Liaise with Project Management, Customer or BA teams if required
• To liaise with the developers to assist in recreation of issues and to ensure that all fixes are retested in a timely fashion

THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Applies data analysis, data modelling, and quality assurance techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of business processes, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions).

The purpose of the Corporate Account Manager will be:

To facilitate the planning, management and growth for the relevant region and/or customer as required.
To manage SSP’s largest broker clients who typically have their own dedicated service and product delivery resource. To act as the customer’s internal representative within SSP. To generate high levels of customer satisfaction and maximise revenues from the clients, by stimulating demand for SSP products and services. To support/mentor other Account Managers and ensure that SSP Account Management Standards and Processes are maintained.

We’d like to meet a Corporate Account Manager with:

• Minimum of HNC in relevant subject, or equivalent qualifications, plus considerable work experience in a relevant role. OR substantial work experience in a relevant role
• Proven track record in consistently achieving sales target
• A minimum of five years Corporate Account Management experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous, however other backgrounds will be considered
• Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen, and understanding of the sales process
• Knowledge of the SSP solutions would be an advantage
• Significant client facing sales and large corporate account management experience Accounts
• Experience of managing Account Management and/or Sales teams

The Corporate Account Manager will: -

• Design and implement sales strategies and work with senior management to implement sales plans. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships at executive levels and qualify new sales leads within the Corporate Accounts. Lead the bid process within SSP, maintaining customer contact during and after the selling process to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development and training of the sales team and product/service development
• Work closely with our Corporate Account customers to understand their business strategy and needs, deliver solutions that will support their requirements, and ultimately extend the SSP footprint within those organisations
• Oversee the organisation's promotional/selling activities to one or more clients, to ensure that such activities are aligned with corporate marketing objectives. Approve medium-scale proposals to clients. Negotiate with client representatives at senior levels on both technical and commercial issues. Ensure that organisational policy and strategy is adhered to. Provide informed feedback that contributes to promotional strategy and to product development
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers are assisted and advised properly. Ensure that reliable cost, effort and risk estimates and project plans are produced. Manage all sales support activities, taking full responsibility for the technical content of bids and sales proposals. Establish metrics to provide data on performance and help with the continuous improvement of sales support activities
• Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. Identify, evaluate and recommend options, implementing if required. Collaborate with, and facilitate stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements. Seek to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited
• Develop and maintain one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact. Gather information from the customer to understand their needs (demand management) and detailed requirements. Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products and systems. Agree changes to be made and the planning and implementation of change. Maintain contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction. Capture and disseminate technical and business information.
